Grace can be useful in very specific situations. If there are useful low-cost General Maids available, you can use Grace's ability to help boost your own deck in the early game. If, on the other hand there are less-helpful low-cost General Maids available, you can instead use Grace's ability to clutter up your opponents' decks with garbage cards. Just be careful that you don't accidentally give them something they can get an unforeseen benefit from.
